Colorwave was founded by a collection of founders, venture capitalists, senior tech execs, and non-profit leaders committed to equity and inclusion in the innovation economy.

These leaders have come together through Stiles Hall, a 135 year-old non-profit pipeline to equity that helps 200+ Black, Latinx, and Native high school and community college students gain admission to top universities annually.

Through their collective experience, they’ve realized the critical role that economic freedom plays in achieving lasting change
