Pathways Coaching

Pathways Coaching provides comprehensive academic and social support for high potential Black and Latinx elementary, middle, and high school students to increase their academic engagement, college readiness, and leadership skills.

Managed by a group of UC Berkeley leaders who want to inspire our youth to succeed from an early age, we match students one-to-one with a UC Berkeley coach to develop meaningful relationships in a supportive environment.

With the right people, magic happens–a boost in student confidence, self-worth, and self-determination. Our virtual and in-person programs allow us to connect with students in schools in Bakersfield and Berkeley.
