Pathways Coaching Program

Pathways Coaching provides comprehensive academic and social support for high potential Black and Latinx elementary, middle, and high school students to increase their academic engagement, college readiness, and leadership skills.

With the right people, magic happens— a boost in student confidence, self-worth, and self-determination. Our virtual and in-person programs allow us to connect with students in schools in Bakersfield and Berkeley.
